- Work with automakers to understand current model repair and damage experience, then use this experience to optimise new model designs.
- Analyse insurance claim data to determine loss characteristics according to make and model. Use this information to guide safety, damageability, repairability and theft prevention studies.
- Support State Farm Actuary Department to develop the initial groupings for model changes.
