- To implement and localize a standard database of automobile parts nomenclature, price reference and repair times for the preparation of computerized automobile claims estimates;
- To establish a shared communication hub through which all automobile claims would be routed for statistics to be extracted for the industry and regulatory bodies;
- To certify and ensure all electronic estimating systems used by the insurance industry in the Malaysian market are compliant to MRC specifications.
